When does it all start?

The tenth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge runs 31 October to 29 November 2026. Employee communications and onboarding begin on 12 October, so everyone is ready for day one.

What do our employees need?

Just the free Core Direction app. Steps and distance sync automatically from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Garmin, Fitbit, WHOOP and all major wearables, or straight from their phone. No wearable is required.

How much work is this for our HR team?

Close to zero. We configure the challenges, provide all artwork and communication templates. You simply copy, paste and attach the provided files and watch company wide engagement on the live leaderboards and backend dashboard.

What are Core Points?

Our lifestyle scoring system. Every workout, class, step milestone and healthy habit earns points, so gym-goers, walkers and shift workers all compete fairly on one leaderboard. Consistency wins, not volume.

Can we add live events?

Yes. We deliver fully managed events from AED 4,999: yoga above the Palm, SUP and ice baths, Padel, football and cricket tournaments, snow hikes at Ski Dubai and more. Share your budget and we'll propose a calendar of the most inspiring activations and adventures for your people.

What do we get at the end?
